The Sustainable Learning Initiative at Franklin Falls is an experiential learning opportunity for Colby-Sawyer College students to explore, design, and develop sustainable solutions to real and evolving community needs in the nearby city of Franklin, NH.

Changes to the landscape of higher education compels Colby-Sawyer College to innovate new business models that are sustainable for families and colleges, but broader global challenges – within which all of our institutions (education, business, health care, etc.) are embedded – also require us to re-imagine everything we do in order to create a future that is sustainable for all of humanity.

We need to ask, "What do we need to do to stay in business?" while simultaneously questioning all our assumptions about that business.

Together, in Franklin, we are doing just that.

Join us in this sustainable revitalization, and learn along with us.
